We've done plenty of staycations up and down the country but nothing quite like this before. There would be 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs all in the camper so I knew I had to be prepared and pack light but essential items that we would be using daily. It was a challenge but I really think I nailed it.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEjpwPsshqhu-GCF07wDlFr5CSoBP21lNVDbGULHNiz9IhY-iVJQVnSiK8Sfuhx5hNBEavYbwR6zKZXibg37vUOuu2XnyrKhCWA3Xx_FUkzAmhJRR-JkOemRVv9F3NuCV_e5DfdkLE3uRozXKqjU2hRII63r05VPySVY50ELllLrAC-GOeE1YrGLg89_FA=s640" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEjpwPsshqhu-GCF07wDlFr5CSoBP21lNVDbGULHNiz9IhY-iVJQVnSiK8Sfuhx5hNBEavYbwR6zKZXibg37vUOuu2XnyrKhCWA3Xx_FUkzAmhJRR-JkOemRVv9F3NuCV_e5DfdkLE3uRozXKqjU2hRII63r05VPySVY50ELllLrAC-GOeE1YrGLg89_FA=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></div><p>I hired our campervan for 4 nights (Sunday to Thursday) from the lovely Carry On Camping Scotia Ltd in Edinburgh. They weren't far from us and it took 30 minutes from Fife to travel through to collect the camper. The easiest thing for us to do was drive through with 1 car and 2 drivers so we could collect the camper and bring it home plus bring our car home as well since it wasn't far. After a demonstration of everything in the camper we headed home to pack her up. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEiJL-YZiX8KSN58bPkCaHbeLfv88uyO0KH-JwQFPxeq2dUxY6dd0cQsBPEciX7UcVlRm_Tu-H28DSMh-vl5kF1aCV3nwgChukhNeXXspgOnuqPiXsFzGbyjuQ-DrzW-MKZjF3UFNnwJGtKzT05NoeBa74eZeIGVKW4FRnXD-OB4XpRGdPHE5I72WT2yaw=s640" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEiJL-YZiX8KSN58bPkCaHbeLfv88uyO0KH-JwQFPxeq2dUxY6dd0cQsBPEciX7UcVlRm_Tu-H28DSMh-vl5kF1aCV3nwgChukhNeXXspgOnuqPiXsFzGbyjuQ-DrzW-MKZjF3UFNnwJGtKzT05NoeBa74eZeIGVKW4FRnXD-OB4XpRGdPHE5I72WT2yaw=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></div><p>I had been packing on and off during the day before collecting the campervan so it took me about an hour to load it up. I bought packing pods from Amazon to keep our clothes in. These were brilliant and I would highly recommend them. I took things like toiletries (remember the smidge spray!), camping chairs, essential food items as there's a small fridge in the camper, sensible shoes/boots, pillows, sleeping bags, jackets, all the dogs stuff, charges for mobiles/ipads and some games to keep the kids occupied. It really is worth having a think and packing light if you can so you have optimum space inside your camper.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEjGZHEnyHK9khSGQhRnvVZr_kyG557WlDVBdGwHIExtbOPxSVlJhF3v13f2L8rooZN9AFjCVbzlwJgK3GXAF8lZwkrgpYMs5Z95o4Hw4NTfjEJi--CS75s8a5Kv1YnOdh-Zt095n0rwhVVvznU_ULjv19wvFoUoarJUv1FVVzVbGdK8EMVreqDN4dzg5Q=s640" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEjGZHEnyHK9khSGQhRnvVZr_kyG557WlDVBdGwHIExtbOPxSVlJhF3v13f2L8rooZN9AFjCVbzlwJgK3GXAF8lZwkrgpYMs5Z95o4Hw4NTfjEJi--CS75s8a5Kv1YnOdh-Zt095n0rwhVVvznU_ULjv19wvFoUoarJUv1FVVzVbGdK8EMVreqDN4dzg5Q=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></div><p>When everyone was ready we hit the road and h<span style="font-family: inherit;">eaded for F</span>ort William. This would be our first stop on our trip. We left our home around 4pm ish and booked into the Ben Nevis Holiday Park arriving at 8pm ish after a few stops to admire the mountains on the way. I should say I had planned an itinerary a month or so before our actual trip and had booked several campsite so I could secure electric hook up pitches although the camper does have an extra battery which makes it suitable for wild camping. Most locals prefer you to use campsites and help out local businesses though so be aware of this. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEi2-o03CQHcOuhZHpCoyJNc6T38Eex0fep2UsRZ11OJzpAWJ6KA-RMcUr5deUBheNvoAdEF__wlcx_UJRoW1BvDgc50p1LKamiXXsthT8JY0mS1iYtHF5Z54gUX6PMcKmtQkl8cYma7NS8TQ_dfH0AmTH7mu-KbHd5MQ5VwwBNLfHFOZAXGo8pjJOKqww=s640" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEi2-o03CQHcOuhZHpCoyJNc6T38Eex0fep2UsRZ11OJzpAWJ6KA-RMcUr5deUBheNvoAdEF__wlcx_UJRoW1BvDgc50p1LKamiXXsthT8JY0mS1iYtHF5Z54gUX6PMcKmtQkl8cYma7NS8TQ_dfH0AmTH7mu-KbHd5MQ5VwwBNLfHFOZAXGo8pjJOKqww=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></div><p>Our first night in the camper was quite fun. Some things like stopping at Skyeskyns Cafe we never managed but we took each day as it came and just went with it. The views of Eilean Donan Castle were lovely, they unfortunately don't allow dogs round the castle so we never went in. There was a little food truck selling treats and drinks right beside the car park so we stopped to take some photos for a minute. Manuela's Wee Bakery is very cute but limited parking (only about 4 spaces) and it's down a side street where people's houses are. They had tasty snacks and drink and we even bought their own gin. Good thing is they have a toilet which is always handy on campervan trips. The Otter Haven is a nice wee walk and there's a chance of spotting dolphins/whales etc too. We saw plenty of seals but no otters sadly. We did hear some dolphins/whales but just couldn't spot them quick enough. The Old Man of Storr is quite a walk, we never managed right up as it was getting cooler and there were a swarm of midges so we walked up a little bit then turned back to head to the campsite. Highly recommend Staffin Caravan & Camping Site, people were lovely and helpful and the site is small, very tidy and toilets/showers were lovely. </span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEh7f2bKbzgc2RqxBWqIxf2ZF4pDyFpIegoELUJEGC5Qy1lJY9jh1vJsy8Gg8BxmYUMH-uiOFLsczUlOyI7SxgB96etXJUR3ODahO8mNUAjB5eQ_ZwnT3SLvK8iZWUIbV_eJUsUrx2yvbGxmWJoPUB8lK0mw1-go5kNBWgXhds7uV-HWpBgijrKvAjJRSQ=s640" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEh7f2bKbzgc2RqxBWqIxf2ZF4pDyFpIegoELUJEGC5Qy1lJY9jh1vJsy8Gg8BxmYUMH-uiOFLsczUlOyI7SxgB96etXJUR3ODahO8mNUAjB5eQ_ZwnT3SLvK8iZWUIbV_eJUsUrx2yvbGxmWJoPUB8lK0mw1-go5kNBWgXhds7uV-HWpBgijrKvAjJRSQ=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></div></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">Tuesday was another day and our plans were;</span></div></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: inherit;"><b>Tuesday</b><br />10:00 (Before 12:00) – Check out of Staffin Caravan & Camping Site.<br />10:05 – Stop at An Corran Beach, 5 minutes from the campsite.<br />11:30 – Stop at The Fairy Glen (30 minutes from An Corran Beach).<br />12:30 – Stop at The Galley Café & Takeaway for food/toilet stop (5 minutes from The Fairy Glen).<br />14:00 – Stop at Claigan Coral Beach Car Park (45 minutes from the café).<br />16:30 – Stop at Neist Point Lighthouse (40 minutes from Coral Beach).<br />17:30 – Head to Glenbrittle Campsite & Café for the night, 1hr away from the lighthouse (no pre booking allowed, just turn up).</span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgTLo4pqpE41SGVf5PrDNK51TULIEo1RRc1z6IYoqxT-0m26sL0wbOIQ-n65w5irD-RLbhR46LqzKTNCMHIxGFWU9H_bRg-fRL7aFFOPMpyqg-s9jT1b_IO1WeXs3joJdzZsa5lyiI61L0tfVf80Krh9WqTWxfY_0XiMHcfykcu3I-7cKmlQ1Tz8aeH1A=s640" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgTLo4pqpE41SGVf5PrDNK51TULIEo1RRc1z6IYoqxT-0m26sL0wbOIQ-n65w5irD-RLbhR46LqzKTNCMHIxGFWU9H_bRg-fRL7aFFOPMpyqg-s9jT1b_IO1WeXs3joJdzZsa5lyiI61L0tfVf80Krh9WqTWxfY_0XiMHcfykcu3I-7cKmlQ1Tz8aeH1A=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></div><p></p><p><span style="font-family: inherit;">Our camper wouldn't start on Tuesday morning but luckily the lovely man from Staffin gave us a jump start. Couldn't thank him enough and after that our camper was fine. I must have pressed the wrong switch and drained the car battery by mistake, whoops! We headed to An Corran Beach which is famous for its dinosaur footprints. Luckily the dinosaur footprints are pretty easy to spot when you start looking and they're close to where you park so no mad trek searching for them. The kids loved this and honestly it was fascinating to see. After this we popped along to the Fairy Glen for a walk and nose around. It was actually really lush with greenery and great for kids to explore. Lots of places to hide and climb and take in the views. We then stopped by the Galley Cafe for some food and a toilet stop. Really recommend this cafe as it has some delicious seafood on offer. Coral Beach was our next top and it didn't disappoint. On a sunny day it really is a fabulous please although a word of warning to get there. It's a single track road with very few passing places and a tiny long thin car park that you cannot turn your car around in. You have to be good at reversing and there's no way a motorhome will fit or be able to reverse sadly. It's also a good walk to reach this beach so if you have young kids be prepared to maybe carry them. We decided to bypass the Lighthouse stop and go straight to Glenbrittle Campsite since it's first come first served for pitches, you cannot book in advance. Luckily we secured the last EHU pitch with a beautiful view. </span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEi3B1abGzK9rBZgIdERpaV1w_4oyTFfL7sxfN84nVfAOKuQx13M7OAXA68WiXHozf9Niy151QE3-qHHOmMql0J-Tl_jmNH4Ip-xWheTMpamI0vZoSWjPU0S88Lo4y0ZNCqQkDoFwqzII8ki72mInm30mKaMpGohnAt4LV9eiQ_2FKIQpmE8U9yMJbIsmA=s640" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEi3B1abGzK9rBZgIdERpaV1w_4oyTFfL7sxfN84nVfAOKuQx13M7OAXA68WiXHozf9Niy151QE3-qHHOmMql0J-Tl_jmNH4Ip-xWheTMpamI0vZoSWjPU0S88Lo4y0ZNCqQkDoFwqzII8ki72mInm30mKaMpGohnAt4LV9eiQ_2FKIQpmE8U9yMJbIsmA=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></div><p><span style="font-family: inherit;"></span></p><p><span style="font-family: inherit;">It was soon Wednesday and our plans looked like this;</span></p><div><div><b><span style="font-family: inherit;">Wednesday</span></b></div><div><span style="font-family: inherit;">10:00 – Check out of Glenbrittle Campsite & Café.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: inherit;">10:10 – Stop at the Fairy Pools (10 minutes from the campsite).</span></div><div><span style="font-family: inherit;">12:00 – Stop at Talisker Bay (20 minutes from fairy pools).</span></div><div><span style="font-family: inherit;">13:30 – Stop at The Old Inn & Waterfront Bunkhouse food/toilet stop. When it was time to check out of the campsite we basically just headed for the closest cafe for lunch before hitting the road and heading for Fort William. It's definitely a busy holiday and not a relaxing one but the different places you visit and the sights are just beautiful and 100% worth it. </span></div>The Breastest Newshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05287746842407668518noreply@blogger.com6tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3860712095977671462.post-1263758034192933352021-09-07T12:44:00.000+01:002021-09-07T12:44:35.339+01:00Review: Jewel Secrets Royal Jewellery Set & Jewel Secrets Ring Set<p>I love a good piece of jewellery and so does my daughter so when I spotted these fabulous Jewel Secrets Sets I knew Harlow would be over the moon with them. Luckily for her she has been gifted the Jewel Secrets Royal Jewellery Set and the Jewel Secrets Ring Set to test out. <br /></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-qt3DCBsirxY/YTdPpiJ8wbI/AAAAAAAAF9Y/nt6PRncUbncQuvRRyh6ArvKrtKmPOjpFQCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Jewel%2BSecrets%2BRoyal%2BJewellery%2BSet.jpg" imageanchor="1"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-qt3DCBsirxY/YTdPpiJ8wbI/AAAAAAAAF9Y/nt6PRncUbncQuvRRyh6ArvKrtKmPOjpFQCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Jewel%2BSecrets%2BRoyal%2BJewellery%2BSet.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p>First impressions are that the packaging is very bright and colourful which definitely caught my daughter's eye. She was very eager to get these sets open when she realised there were jewels hidden inside. The idea of each set is to be able to create your own unique royal costume jewellery. We'll start with the Jewel Secrets Royal Jewellery Set which contains: 1 x Chamber (With Lock And Key), 8x Magic Stones, 1x Locket Necklace (with lock), 2x Rings, 1x Pair of Earrings and 1x Collectors Guide.</p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-h1RQ3MEbLZg/YTdPqBvf7rI/AAAAAAAAF9g/XsJS4W6WqloEmllIBkPAD7y1Dd2UttddgCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Jewel%2BSecrets%2BRoyal%2BJewellery%2BSet2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-h1RQ3MEbLZg/YTdPqBvf7rI/AAAAAAAAF9g/XsJS4W6WqloEmllIBkPAD7y1Dd2UttddgCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Jewel%2BSecrets%2BRoyal%2BJewellery%2BSet2.jpg" width="400" /></a></p><p>The magic stones (which are like mini bath bombs) contain the jewels needed to create lovely pieces of jewellery that can be used for awesome role-play. The jewels are uncovered by placing the magic stones inside the crystal shaped chamber, adding water and patiently waiting 3 minutes for the stones to dissolve. Use the magic key to unlock the crystal shaped chamber, drop the magic stones inside, add water to expose the beautiful jewels hidden inside the magic stones, simple and easy to do yet so effective for little ones. </p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-5d-1Vu2I29M/YTdPqVfvggI/AAAAAAAAF9o/64n5GAbFWyYTSqqvONHXqn7DFcOsnHBQgCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Jewel%2BSecrets%2BRoyal%2BJewellery%2BSet4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-5d-1Vu2I29M/YTdPqVfvggI/AAAAAAAAF9o/64n5GAbFWyYTSqqvONHXqn7DFcOsnHBQgCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Jewel%2BSecrets%2BRoyal%2BJewellery%2BSet4.jpg" width="400" /></a></p><p>The <a href="https://www.smythstoys.com/uk/en-gb/search/?text=jewel%20secrets&utm_source=smyths&utm_medium=bloggers&utm_campaign=jewelsecrets&fbclid=IwAR2NQkWNaaGvZGtP9YuG4GQSfozoRWEkDE3oz5PgXLR_-ZLELlJgpcHF5m4" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Jewel Secrets Royal Jewellery Set</span></a> is packed full of over 20 colourful jewels. Create your own unique royal jewellery simply by adding the colourful jewels, hidden inside the magic stones, to the gold coloured heart shaped necklace, rings and earrings costume jewellery included in the set. They're easy to clip out and clip in again so your child can match all their favourite dress up outfits. The crystal chamber can also be used as a lockable jewellery box to store the extra jewels inside! Harlow loved doing this and uses the box for her other bits and bobs. This set retails from £19.99 and can be purchased from Smyth Toys.</p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-7GV90wBoK54/YTdPp4vaD4I/AAAAAAAAF9c/UsKVtJkbMpgKZ2Z9jZsKhmDBUgH83T8jQCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Jewel%2BSecrets%2BRing%2BSet2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-7GV90wBoK54/YTdPp4vaD4I/AAAAAAAAF9c/UsKVtJkbMpgKZ2Z9jZsKhmDBUgH83T8jQCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Jewel%2BSecrets%2BRing%2BSet2.jpg" width="400" /></a></p><p>The Jewel Secrets Ring Set is a smaller set but just as fun! It contains: 1 x Chamber (With Lock And Key), 6 x Magic Stones, 1x Ring and 1x Collectors Guide. With this set you can create your own unique costume jewellery ring. There's 12 colourful jewels hidden inside these magic stones which can be used on the ring. It's easy to clip the jewels in and out to match your outfit colour choice. Uncovering these stones is the same at the royal jewellery set. Simply place them into the crystal chamber, add water and wait. It's always exciting waiting to see which colour of jewels you're going to get. We do love a good board game in our house and <a href="https://www.tactic.net/fp.php?lang=UK" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Tactic Games</span></a> have kindly sent us another beauty to try out as a family. This time it was Children of the World! A fantastic new game which is perfect for learning all about new cultures.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEiF1u_IXsf3WoVlP8OXD37CLcvpqNdYHYRSnbcc1OI6_eV77x7OjHTQhj9MJHMXixLmS4SEtpwIYxB_cJmUNquGcXAt6al5ycj86CQtYFIRYVsplTdfWHG1rG68ABVOzY76YIv0nJPXr8L8v249uLSTaLM0tG9qO98dJumHHIyFoOcyXsflJ86hTSYxAg=s640" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEiF1u_IXsf3WoVlP8OXD37CLcvpqNdYHYRSnbcc1OI6_eV77x7OjHTQhj9MJHMXixLmS4SEtpwIYxB_cJmUNquGcXAt6al5ycj86CQtYFIRYVsplTdfWHG1rG68ABVOzY76YIv0nJPXr8L8v249uLSTaLM0tG9qO98dJumHHIyFoOcyXsflJ86hTSYxAg=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></div><p>Aimed at children aged 5-10 years this is the perfect game to start a lifelong appreciation and fascination for different cultures around the world. Exploring people and cultures activates children’s natural curiosity, and keeps them engaged time and time again. You can play this game one of two ways, with the second being easier for the younger children so they don't miss out. There can be between 2-6 players and each game can last around 15 minutes + depending on how you play. </p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgTe53sA0jljckeGEiTERGKZCE1akVOTelR7-_ktAZN7e318YuzPmbE2bbB4BCYuVKa9X42rccbmGMXSZbRP6Se0mUOZAqR224L5eyVbp4z9OpUjrTqGvnrWbfLV3_JW6S3QjLmiDTCdcPTvL9Xb_Qrdww4-7a5rR4mONUFv9IXYaU_ERTNGO4gEJV82w=s640" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgTe53sA0jljckeGEiTERGKZCE1akVOTelR7-_ktAZN7e318YuzPmbE2bbB4BCYuVKa9X42rccbmGMXSZbRP6Se0mUOZAqR224L5eyVbp4z9OpUjrTqGvnrWbfLV3_JW6S3QjLmiDTCdcPTvL9Xb_Qrdww4-7a5rR4mONUFv9IXYaU_ERTNGO4gEJV82w=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></div><br />This game takes you off for an adventure. Children of the World is a colourful window into the big wide world and shows you how people can live their lives in different countries. The players in this game play together, move on the game board and perform fun tasks to collect stamps for their passport. It creates a sense of team work so everyone is involved and there's no huge competitive energy which I really like. You get the opportunity to learn about the things that connect all the children of the world and the things that make us all so unique!<p></p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEi13P6CURYOZ4DQZdo2n2YviIhu1oSj2ng52gX0-0e4zTE2S49Ezx6osYzEmcuKxfbZBH43ar8aJApI7JJQ9fYgsvHnwnNiqzrX7S-HDjLLbbjY19sX6mtoJAiuqjnUJXLPRh7UOCJEjDgMLwLAYEZnbD5RG7YZnc0fM-6kB4Ca3Wwsn6GYod5YiqhrJQ=s640" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEi13P6CURYOZ4DQZdo2n2YviIhu1oSj2ng52gX0-0e4zTE2S49Ezx6osYzEmcuKxfbZBH43ar8aJApI7JJQ9fYgsvHnwnNiqzrX7S-HDjLLbbjY19sX6mtoJAiuqjnUJXLPRh7UOCJEjDgMLwLAYEZnbD5RG7YZnc0fM-6kB4Ca3Wwsn6GYod5YiqhrJQ=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></div><br />Contained in each box is; a game board, 100 cards, 1 passport + 12 detachable stamps, 1 bag, 40 travel discs, 7 ticket tiles, 6 game characters + plastic stands, instructions and a die + stickers. The instructions are clearly laid out and are nice and colourful plus all the writing is cut down into short chunks of reading. <br /><br />The aim of the game is to move your character around the game board which looks like a map of the world (divided into 6 different parts; South America, North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania). You move around answering questions and collecting stamps for your passport. The game ends when all the players add the last stamp to the passport. <p></p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEjURcoY7OnHxFPHFtuG04YCD9eZq9DoXMbUYbB1eNi4fjUDpnqaVzA2m4KSNzroQUhtrlO_QloIrVzq7Gl08etBU4fCtCft_PlhIdvHsO_JH2fmrdQ-BOwwFALtKaBrJSDlsOo_oZBDUIP98mChcI-042T641PhsPXxKSaC4y9NDaOCRQ0uk6FQTrBfMQ=s640" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEjURcoY7OnHxFPHFtuG04YCD9eZq9DoXMbUYbB1eNi4fjUDpnqaVzA2m4KSNzroQUhtrlO_QloIrVzq7Gl08etBU4fCtCft_PlhIdvHsO_JH2fmrdQ-BOwwFALtKaBrJSDlsOo_oZBDUIP98mChcI-042T641PhsPXxKSaC4y9NDaOCRQ0uk6FQTrBfMQ=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></div><br />Children of the World retails for around £19.99 and is a lovely simple game which the whole family can enjoy. It's a beautifully illustrated colourful board game that I'd definitely recommend. Both of my kids really enjoyed it even though Logan is older. He loves facts so was happy to join in and it meant the game was more geared towards Harlow (who's 6) so she could get fully involved and have lots of fun whilst learning. <br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-size: x-small;">This game has been gifted in return for an honest review. As a family we love our getaways and staycations anyway and it's finally been great to get out and explore again. As you might have seen from my Instagram account we've been taking full advantage with trips to Blackpool, Oban, Mull, Isle of Skye, Aberdeenshire and of course some camping. And with exploring Scotland most of you will know that the Scottish midge is prolific in making your time away a living hell! That's where We Drifters come in and save us with their ingenious <a href="https://www.wedrifters.co.uk/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">anti-insect sleepwear</span></a>.</p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgYjt-vNoHPz0gtTCXGz2B_kTW-kRBfsz5K0whn01Q6KN_pSgbskAM8LrDUsxN2-U3HnEBxRmlzDi-Z6-Bm4fV7Nx-6CeSlTGBjaDKqrY1zVuBDTgx4Bz_jzXdhkyPYuhC49aImZFaBEGWNq4gCItVUH-Ek53dWrVM6IRJ7O_q6zoic_iwzfLEq3vJfhg=s640" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgYjt-vNoHPz0gtTCXGz2B_kTW-kRBfsz5K0whn01Q6KN_pSgbskAM8LrDUsxN2-U3HnEBxRmlzDi-Z6-Bm4fV7Nx-6CeSlTGBjaDKqrY1zVuBDTgx4Bz_jzXdhkyPYuhC49aImZFaBEGWNq4gCItVUH-Ek53dWrVM6IRJ7O_q6zoic_iwzfLEq3vJfhg=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></div><br />The husband and I were each sent a set of sleepwear to try out and honestly they're fab. My husband especially is super juicy to the midge population so he has been loving his we drifters sleepwear. The We Drifters anti-insect sleepwear package comes with; a long sleeve top, pair of trousers, pair of socks and a 2-in-1 pillowcase & storage bag. I was a little skeptical at first but since we've been trying them out for the past 3-4 months we really can't fault them.<p></p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgnLcsZ2dtbhUDrfvZ7qe8YwIoelW-a6VZjsMKBXv7MMdq7SjrqZ_diK1jJeZiF8RDdsy65hOZz4uEseez-w0UO7QuXiH8kk4nFYnjSKUOAuVeoN-QGO3vto-OETMYXIIA3YjMINGm71vrhTK7MLhO6prClPSF1ZQgoxDMXwOTEkyyxmmlZfw08TQDOVw=s640" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgnLcsZ2dtbhUDrfvZ7qe8YwIoelW-a6VZjsMKBXv7MMdq7SjrqZ_diK1jJeZiF8RDdsy65hOZz4uEseez-w0UO7QuXiH8kk4nFYnjSKUOAuVeoN-QGO3vto-OETMYXIIA3YjMINGm71vrhTK7MLhO6prClPSF1ZQgoxDMXwOTEkyyxmmlZfw08TQDOVw=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></div><br />The anti-insect sleepwear has basically been impregnated with HHL Technology Vital Protection, which is a revolutionary and long lasting anti-insect technology that can help you avoid nasty, itchy bites or even worse, serious illness. In addition, Vital Protection provides Quickdry, UPF50+, anti-microbial functionality, preventing odours, discoloration and degradation, ensuring fresher, more hygienic and durable fabrics.<p></p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEiXYzD1QKiQ02IHcA5TfFjQN_OsKCSUgSiKrjtMbsWSl3vBNSw6kZBZSD8qmxLMU2lI6GmtpqNTpq0-8nBO_YFpeLbpgTROoqVeo2x0L3bkd1oq-keqgtX3MvXuDS-gIl0p1fRWMPuDUQimcPd4cLoEDisiFcLqa6zWjjYUcqW8HsdF_BnmmtGvXmwn0A=s640" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEiXYzD1QKiQ02IHcA5TfFjQN_OsKCSUgSiKrjtMbsWSl3vBNSw6kZBZSD8qmxLMU2lI6GmtpqNTpq0-8nBO_YFpeLbpgTROoqVeo2x0L3bkd1oq-keqgtX3MvXuDS-gIl0p1fRWMPuDUQimcPd4cLoEDisiFcLqa6zWjjYUcqW8HsdF_BnmmtGvXmwn0A=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></p><p>These lightweight bamboo fabric sleepwear are said to keep 90% of bugs at bay, including mosquitoes, midges, and ticks. The sleepwear is unisex and can be worn by anyone. I love the fact each set includes thumb holes and stirrups to keep wrists and ankles covered (you can also clip the top to the trousers), plus the socks are so comfy and the 2-in-1 pillow case & storage bag is the icing on the cake. </p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgz8H45aJXEN3zSG5RdhbbZcmfYBrBWe3XDYOzfRARm9u5Av5frR9hcdIrpIVmo-Unksbb7sjH0bqPHBMfYYQJXaeIQSv2kq1wKDNu81dGa3DcJho4x8UeBcZg-SpJuLH1MOw-ct-xV_AqCAhW7_sPEEZDKCBe83DGQJuu0lhG2HRAvmKieMtVU0GXvhA=s640" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgz8H45aJXEN3zSG5RdhbbZcmfYBrBWe3XDYOzfRARm9u5Av5frR9hcdIrpIVmo-Unksbb7sjH0bqPHBMfYYQJXaeIQSv2kq1wKDNu81dGa3DcJho4x8UeBcZg-SpJuLH1MOw-ct-xV_AqCAhW7_sPEEZDKCBe83DGQJuu0lhG2HRAvmKieMtVU0GXvhA=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></div><br />I found this sleepwear extremely comfortable, soft and breathable. I never got hot in it but it still kept me warm when the temperatures dropped. My husband found the same and normally he sweats like mad at night. I've had bamboo clothing before and they always feel amazing so I was grateful that we drifters felt the same. If you've never experienced bamboo clothing before then you're definitely missing out! This sleepwear fabric keeps it shape, washes well and is stretchy for a comfortable fit. <p></p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEi9rmzlp3n6yNh8VF9W9iK1HB84G7uROxb9-W4sfHPVHwyucYdO4W1cn3kcPPfuWMph2brW0KArPIrBVdWuRKhdlLiI7SZfyXcConmF49bgH42q2p5tQApVhaW5o5l9g94eU5P14DpVJvlBV5_bB1kBmnFbcRT4Xw3X0upQG_tziORnA0F__libUBrpdQ=s640" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEi9rmzlp3n6yNh8VF9W9iK1HB84G7uROxb9-W4sfHPVHwyucYdO4W1cn3kcPPfuWMph2brW0KArPIrBVdWuRKhdlLiI7SZfyXcConmF49bgH42q2p5tQApVhaW5o5l9g94eU5P14DpVJvlBV5_bB1kBmnFbcRT4Xw3X0upQG_tziORnA0F__libUBrpdQ=w400-h400" width="400" /></a></div><br /><div style="text-align: left;">If you're the type of person who travels a lot, camps a lot or is a general explorer then you need this anti-insect sleepwear in your life. It's such a great movie series to get your teeth into and the merchandise is always amazing. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-xliPxHt89r4/YLih--oPqjI/AAAAAAAAF5M/P40gd_XatQ8_qtv1A3cMkFxiLGDQ7uo-ACNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Grogu1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-xliPxHt89r4/YLih--oPqjI/AAAAAAAAF5M/P40gd_XatQ8_qtv1A3cMkFxiLGDQ7uo-ACNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Grogu1.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p>In fact for Star Wars fans everywhere you can now get your hands on one of their latest arrivals, this cute 18cm soft toy Grogu (RRP £9.99) who is now available from Amazon and Very. This cutie is made from the highest quality of fabrics and perfectly embodies the fan favourite character from the Mandalorian series.</p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NPKuKj7PPrw/YLih-_lg-7I/AAAAAAAAF5I/AZ48VfHW_9UclS2zEvXDYMgDboxVmz3SACNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Grogu2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NPKuKj7PPrw/YLih-_lg-7I/AAAAAAAAF5I/AZ48VfHW_9UclS2zEvXDYMgDboxVmz3SACNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Grogu2.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />As you can imagine as soon as Harlow spotted Grogu she was in love. She's been desperate to have one of her own for ages so this was a dream come true. She basically treats him like a little baby and carts him around the house and on trips. It's very sweet to watch.<p></p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-EyQUt1YMDJk/YLih-xycXpI/AAAAAAAAF5Q/s7BNX6VQRZYFDPk4dPIhpjnbSa0Jt02vQCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Grogu3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-EyQUt1YMDJk/YLih-xycXpI/AAAAAAAAF5Q/s7BNX6VQRZYFDPk4dPIhpjnbSa0Jt02vQCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Grogu3.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />Here are a few Grogu facts for you; as most of you will know Grogu is a character from the Star Wars Disney+ original television series The Mandalorian. He is a toddler member of the same unnamed alien species as the Star Wars characters Yoda and Yaddle, with whom he shares a strong ability in the Force. And of course he's adorable!<p></p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-enb5MvIQzQ4/YLih_umx_3I/AAAAAAAAF5U/8wMIXkhzZT8I7mZUFL7kZWkqptAs0YmLACNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Grogu4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-enb5MvIQzQ4/YLih_umx_3I/AAAAAAAAF5U/8wMIXkhzZT8I7mZUFL7kZWkqptAs0YmLACNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Grogu4.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />Grogu is super soft and the perfect size for little hands, he's easy to carry around since he's quite light weight and my daughter absolutely loves him. I've selected a small range of gifts which I think any Dad would love. There's definitely something to suit everyone's taste and style. Read on to see what I have picked for my gift guide. <br /></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-zpxyHxZADIE/YLTldvBFPtI/AAAAAAAAF5A/XfGBHjdh80UHt4ILia9YoI4-id7lmihHwCNcBGAsYHQ/s667/Father%2527s%2BDay%2BGift%2BGuide%2B2021.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="667" data-original-width="529" height="640" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-zpxyHxZADIE/YLTldvBFPtI/AAAAAAAAF5A/XfGBHjdh80UHt4ILia9YoI4-id7lmihHwCNcBGAsYHQ/w508-h640/Father%2527s%2BDay%2BGift%2BGuide%2B2021.png" width="508" /></a></div><p><b>TrendHim Lance Navy Backpack</b><br />Since the world has opened up again we've resumed our family trips and days out which means we normally need a good quality backpack to carry all our snacks, water bottles and the usual bits an bobs. The husband doesn't really have a decent backpack so this beaut from <span style="color: #2b00fe;"><a href="https://www.trendhim.co.uk/bags-c.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">TrendHim</a> </span>(RRP £59) will be a great gift from the kids. With a classic mountaineering look and feel, this handsome navy backpack is perfect for day-to-day essentials as well as trips out. The main compartment clips securely shut and is colourfully lined for a discrete burst of colour. Features include a padded laptop pocket to keep it safe and protect from knocks, two zipped front pockets help organise and allow quick access and adjustable padded shoulder straps give a comfortable fit. Excellent for business Dad and fun weekend Dad.</p><p><b>Box of Hugs</b><br />Can't be there this Father’s Day to give your brilliant dad a big hug? Well, why not send him a big hug in the post with a <a href="https://www.boxofhugs.co.uk/collections/fathers-day-gifts?utm_source=breastestnews&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=fathersday" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Box of Hugs</span></a>, full of thoughtful treats, to let him know you are thinking of him. You can include a personalised message with your Father's Day gift to make it even more special, and for every Father’s Day card bought with a Box of Hugs, a 50p donation will be made to The Brain Tumour Charity. How fabulous is that! Three mums, and also sisters, launched Box of Hugs London after going through bereavements and illnesses, including their own mother’s battle with a brain tumour. During these times the sisters realised finding a unique and thoughtful gift idea, that wasn’t flowers, was tricky. This was the inspiration behind launching Box of Hugs London. Prices range from as little as £21 and there really is something to suit everyone. Even if there's not a particular box that catches your eye you can build you own. I particularly love the So Glad You Are Mine Hug In A Box Father's Day box but they're all so nice and top quality. Highly recommend. </p><p><b>Mary - Botanical Blend</b><br />Gin is all the rage these days so it's always nice to find a different one on the market. Meet Mary, the vegan <a href="https://drink-mary.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">low calorie gin</span></a> who is sugar and carb free. It's also low alcohol so can be enjoyed at any time throughout the week, especially now that the nicer weather is coming in. This botanical blend has hints of basil, thyme and sage and tastes absolutely amazing. Excellent gift to give any dad this Father's Day and one I'm sure he'll thank you for. </p><p><b>Conifox Father's Day</b><br />If you have young children then why not treat Dad to a wee day out at <a href="https://www.conifox.co.uk/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Conifox Adventure Park</span></a>. On Sunday 20th June all Dad's get free entry with a paying child, so why not take Dad along and have fun on the bouncy pillow or the go karts or football golf! Spending some quality time together is always a winner. Remember to book your tickets online to secure your space. <br /><br /></p><div style="text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-size: x-small;">This is a collaborative post. I personally found all the school work overwhelming but home learning doesn't have to be all paperwork and no fun. Learning Resources have a range of lovely home learning must haves which will make discovering new facts and interesting topics a joy to share with your child. Luckily for my two Learning Resources sent Logan one of their <a href="https://www.learningresources.co.uk/geosafari-motorised-solar-system" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">GeoSafari Motorised Display Solar System</span></a> and Harlow received the awesome <a href="https://www.learningresources.co.uk/talking-toy-camera" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">GeoSafari Jr. Talking Wildlife Camera</span></a>. As you can imagine the kids were thrilled and we've had lots of fun them with.</p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-l-Tr7a16Dek/YEipOtq37LI/AAAAAAAAF0s/hbd9yEw1ACEY7BRmKiKsbdny8uTSQTKWACNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Motorised%2BSolar%2BSystem%2B1.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-l-Tr7a16Dek/YEipOtq37LI/AAAAAAAAF0s/hbd9yEw1ACEY7BRmKiKsbdny8uTSQTKWACNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Motorised%2BSolar%2BSystem%2B1.jpg" width="400" /></a></p><p>The Motorised Solar System is great for anyone learning about planets or who are totally into Space. It's super quick and easy to put together, and Logan now has his proudly displayed in his bedroom. Contained in each box is a central tower with LED light, 8 planet orbs on rods with identifying planetary symbols, Sun sphere and a Northern Hemisphere star dome. You'll need 4 AA batteries for the central tower before you start building up the planets, and once that's done you can check each planet for their special symbol and reference it in the table guide (in the instructions booklet) to correctly place your planets around the Sun. It's really easy to do and won't take you long at all. Once all the planets are in place you can turn on the motor/lamp at the base of the tower and watch the model move and glow. </p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-p9P3P0tAOx0/YEipOrQmJYI/AAAAAAAAF00/e87E_u34WqUa6ip4T4_Oi2MjV3hmUYJZgCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Motorised%2BSolar%2BSystem%2B2.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-p9P3P0tAOx0/YEipOrQmJYI/AAAAAAAAF00/e87E_u34WqUa6ip4T4_Oi2MjV3hmUYJZgCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Motorised%2BSolar%2BSystem%2B2.jpg" width="400" /></a></p><p>Logan really loved watching the planets circle around the Sun plus it acts as a great sensory light at night. The Northern Hemisphere star dome can be swapped with the top of the Sun so you can see all of the star constellations, another great sensory addition for at night and good educational talking point. Details on the planets and stars can be found within the instructions booklet. It also has extras such as Solar System Fun Facts, Planet Riddles and Solar System Basics. A great booklet to keep hold of for future use.</p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/--zCsB6l08fY/YEipOhGV2gI/AAAAAAAAF0w/sPXkb2WZO3wiaL87zfnQHyMf8Zu8X8nmACNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Motorised%2BSolar%2BSystem%2B3.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/--zCsB6l08fY/YEipOhGV2gI/AAAAAAAAF0w/sPXkb2WZO3wiaL87zfnQHyMf8Zu8X8nmACNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Motorised%2BSolar%2BSystem%2B3.jpg" width="400" /></a></p><p>The <a href="https://www.learningresources.co.uk/geosafari-motorised-solar-system" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">GeoSafari Motorised Display Solar System</span></a> is aimed at ages 8-12 years and costs £36.00. It's a great addition to home learning and definitely makes things more interesting and fun. Not only does it have the planets but getting to turn the lights out at night and see a stellar star show on your bedroom ceiling is pretty cool and something to remember. Logan really does love his solar system, it would make a great birthday gift for sure. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-EfZD56rdVho/YEipPW2gsSI/AAAAAAAAF08/9iQciKWtpaAN0_ZFgQtshMZqIvDPcBx1gCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Motorised%2BSolar%2BSystem%2B5.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-EfZD56rdVho/YEipPW2gsSI/AAAAAAAAF08/9iQciKWtpaAN0_ZFgQtshMZqIvDPcBx1gCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Motorised%2BSolar%2BSystem%2B5.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Next up is Harlow's <a href="https://www.learningresources.co.uk/talking-toy-camera" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">GeoSafari Jr. Talking Wildlife Camera</span></a> and what a fab piece of kit it is! This toy camera comes with 130 built-in high-resolution wildlife images that guarantee a successful wildlife viewing experience every time. It features over 30 animals from all around the world and includes 2 modes of play that feature over 120 facts and 120 quiz questions narrated by Animal Planet’s Crikey It’s the Irwins co-star, Robert Irwin. This camera was designed with extra-large dual eyepieces and easy-grip handles for a steady viewing experience that little hands will find easy to use. It's a good sturdy camera measuring at approx. 19cm L x 22cm W x 13cm H and the Tripod measures approx. 15cm L x 15cm H x 20cm H. You'll need 3x AAA batteries to get it going. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-xIPHfexPWjw/YIGH8e-oUWI/AAAAAAAAF2A/R4mTAMoKwIEHxhVpb73eHs5oF67IrWo7ACNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Talking%2BWildlife%2BCamera1.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-xIPHfexPWjw/YIGH8e-oUWI/AAAAAAAAF2A/R4mTAMoKwIEHxhVpb73eHs5oF67IrWo7ACNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Talking%2BWildlife%2BCamera1.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Harlow absolutely loves this camera and the fact that it talks to you. The controls and buttons were easy for her to pick up and use and she had great fun trying out the quiz and answering the questions. When using the camera in view mode you can explore the world's wildlife with Robert Irwin as your guide. There are 5 regions to choose from and more than 30 different animals to learn about. Harlow particularly liked African and knew straight away to look into the camera's double eyepiece to spot the animals in the wild and hear the facts about them. </div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Ot2wds0wGbA/YIGH8bGHAxI/AAAAAAAAF2I/74i2MDPwPxQ1j-OuGNuQNvv71aGjHy9CwCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Talking%2BWildlife%2BCamera2.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Ot2wds0wGbA/YIGH8bGHAxI/AAAAAAAAF2I/74i2MDPwPxQ1j-OuGNuQNvv71aGjHy9CwCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Talking%2BWildlife%2BCamera2.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">In Quiz Mode, Robert will challenge your wildlife knowledge. You have to look through the camera eyepiece to select which animals to be quizzed on then choose your answer by pressing either 1,2 or 3 buttons located on the back of the camera. When trying True or False questions you press 1 for True and 2 for False. Multiple choice questions are 1,2 or 3 to answer. If you're first guess in incorrect just try again. Harlow picked everything up so quickly and was working the camera herself within 5 minutes. I was amazed at how long it kept her busy for and it's now a toy she goes back to again and again.</div></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-65dLqMIiADM/YIGH8Yf4XiI/AAAAAAAAF2E/VsRJzz4hJrEJJynNaYJS53obq9WqNAIFgCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Talking%2BWildlife%2BCamera3.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-65dLqMIiADM/YIGH8Yf4XiI/AAAAAAAAF2E/VsRJzz4hJrEJJynNaYJS53obq9WqNAIFgCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Talking%2BWildlife%2BCamera3.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">As well as watching awesome animals in view mode you can also use the camera in pretend play mode. Simply remove the camera from the tripod and turn the lens to see out of the viewfinder. Great if the kids want to take it out and about in the car or on a walk. A point to note is that the audio and images will not work when the camera is detached from the tripod but pretend play is still lots of fun!</div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-rtaExr9J2_A/YIGH8zf1ZoI/AAAAAAAAF2M/ijxf4kknUxMd_gDoH51I3o7y_SyaQ3dTwCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Talking%2BWildlife%2BCamera4.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-rtaExr9J2_A/YIGH8zf1ZoI/AAAAAAAAF2M/ijxf4kknUxMd_gDoH51I3o7y_SyaQ3dTwCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Talking%2BWildlife%2BCamera4.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">The GeoSafari Jr. Talking Wildlife Camera is aimed at ages 4-8 years but it's great fun for everyone, even Harlow's big brother was trying to get in on the action. Retailing at £60 this wildlife camera is a great piece of learning kit and I 100% highly recommend for budding wildlife and camera enthusiasts. I so wish there was technology around like this when I was younger, I would have loved it!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">As you can see from my lovely photos both Logan and Harlow are super impressed with their new home learning goodies and I'm happy to say they've played with them again and again. Why not pop over to <a href="https://www.learningresources.co.uk/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Learning Resources UK</span></a> and see all of the wonderful resources they have to offer!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-size: x-small;">These products have been gifted for the purpose of this review. Her room is unicorn decorated after all.</p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-fuivG8QqtTg/YJkvSLT_C0I/AAAAAAAAF2c/WF8TT3EKgMkh2aJeQmdLOdO5qasJq4SbQCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Cutetitos%2BUnicornitos%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-fuivG8QqtTg/YJkvSLT_C0I/AAAAAAAAF2c/WF8TT3EKgMkh2aJeQmdLOdO5qasJq4SbQCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Cutetitos%2BUnicornitos%2B3.jpg" width="400" /></a></p><p>Cutetitos Unicornitos are adorable, super-soft stuffed unicorns wrapped and hidden in a rainbow burrito blanket ready to be unrolled and loved. You can discover your Cutetito's personality (mild, medium, hot, or super spicy) by checking out its "hot spot" - a chili pepper shaped icon you can find on its hip. Harlow's 3 Unicornitos were all Mild and she was very happy with that. A pet collector card is included with additional information about your new pet including its name, birthday and "hot spot" spice-o-meter rating.</p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NOwbPWeI_e0/YJkvSJwgbRI/AAAAAAAAF2k/02uAnNIW67gCijX2PjRNkLk92fwhB1Z-gCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Cutetitos%2BUnicornitos%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NOwbPWeI_e0/YJkvSJwgbRI/AAAAAAAAF2k/02uAnNIW67gCijX2PjRNkLk92fwhB1Z-gCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Cutetitos%2BUnicornitos%2B2.jpg" width="400" /></a></p><p>Harlow was super excited to discover which Unicornitos she had so got right into unwrapping them super quick. She was lucky to receive Shineito and 2 Purplito unicorns. She loved this as it means she thinks she has twins, bless. They really are super super soft and so is their burrito wrap. There's 8 different styles to collect and range from Common to Ultra Rare. We didn't find an Ultra Rare one this time but Harlow's desperate to the next time she gets one. </p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-zhgI2WtiPeA/YJkvSovwq9I/AAAAAAAAF2o/hmA2gXa8fDwt6Db-6P2R3Hks8a6au3voACNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Cutetitos%2BUnicornitos%2B4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-zhgI2WtiPeA/YJkvSovwq9I/AAAAAAAAF2o/hmA2gXa8fDwt6Db-6P2R3Hks8a6au3voACNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Cutetitos%2BUnicornitos%2B4.jpg" width="400" /></a></p><p>These Cutetitos would make great little gifts and incentives for kids if they deserve a nice treat. Aimed at ages 5-7 years their RRP is £7.99 which I think is reasonable for a quality soft toy with blanket. You can purchase direct from <a href="https://www.smythstoys.com/uk/en-gb/toys/fashion-and-dolls/cutetitos/cutetitos-unicornitos-wave-2-assortment/p/195873" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Smyths Toys</span></a> but they are also available in ToyMaster and all good independent toy stores. Harlow really loves these and 100% wants more so it's a big thumbs up from us!</p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-CjiBWlRx7HI/YJkvS3deZgI/AAAAAAAAF2s/9du8sv3AKcUZjyqt1H63b8Oml6hKHQIiwCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Cutetitos%2BUnicornitos%2B5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-CjiBWlRx7HI/YJkvS3deZgI/AAAAAAAAF2s/9du8sv3AKcUZjyqt1H63b8Oml6hKHQIiwCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Cutetitos%2BUnicornitos%2B5.jpg" width="400" /></a></p><p style="text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-size: x-small;">These products have been gifted for the purpose of this review. It's quite amusing to watch. The kids each have a favourite with Logan preferring the Hulk and Harlow preferring Spider-Man. Logan loves the bright green colour of Hulk and the soft squishy sensory feel of him. He thinks the Hulk's water bead filling is really cool and it acts like a fidget toy for him which is a bonus. Harlow is loving Spider-Man and when you give him a good squeeze you can see his awesome web filling. These Goo Jit Zu Marvel characters have definitely been a big hit in this house.</p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-SwXgNsNUuoE/YEinsgw7HKI/AAAAAAAAF0Q/HHQEIgLURnU935T0_tKBOtRF76iKWIyxwCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Heroes%2Bof%2BGoo%2BJit%2BZu%2BMarvel%2B4.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-SwXgNsNUuoE/YEinsgw7HKI/AAAAAAAAF0Q/HHQEIgLURnU935T0_tKBOtRF76iKWIyxwCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Heroes%2Bof%2BGoo%2BJit%2BZu%2BMarvel%2B4.jpg" width="400" /></a></p><p>If you want a good guy and a bad guy then the all new Versus Pack contains one super mushy Spider-Man Goo Jit Zu hero with amazing gooey web filling and one super squishy Venom Goo Jit Zu hero with awesome water-bead filling. I think it's key to be in the right SEL head space before academic learning can be fully embraced. No one really learns well when under stress so I'm really thankful that Learning Resources have a few packs, kits and toys available to help and teach our youngsters a bit more about themselves socially and emotionally.</p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2K8GRTpVXR4/YEigvRVSGiI/AAAAAAAAFzo/kh7w_HTZkxcIllyVh7IO9jL97tIOVhdVQCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Sensory%2BFidget%2BToy%2BKit%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2K8GRTpVXR4/YEigvRVSGiI/AAAAAAAAFzo/kh7w_HTZkxcIllyVh7IO9jL97tIOVhdVQCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Sensory%2BFidget%2BToy%2BKit%2B1.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />Logan and Harlow have both been sent a lovely pack each to test out and see what they think. Logan received the Sensory Fidget Toy Kit and Harlow has received the Learn About Feelings Activity Set. With Logan being autistic he really does enjoy a fidget toy and honestly they make his life so much easier. There are so many benefits to fidget toys from helping people to focus and increase concentration, decreasing stress and anxiety and even helping to lose weight due to increased calorie burning. I know some people think of them as a distraction from learning but in my experience, for autistic people, they have the complete opposite affect and completely aid learning along with calming mentally.<br /><br />The <a href="https://www.learningresources.co.uk/sensory-fidget-toy-kit" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Sensory Fidget Toy Kit</span></a> from Learning Resources is fantastic and full of lovely toys perfect for the fidgety person in your life. Logan loved this kit and has had many hours of fun playing with everything. Inside each pack there are 2 glow sticks, 1 Sensory Fidget Tube, 1 Playfoam Jumbo Pod, Link n Learn Chain link (100 pieces), 1 rainbow coil spring, PopCubes snap-together cubes (20 pieces), 1 globe stress ball, 2 marbleised poppers, and multilingual Getting Started Guide. It's an ideal kit for use in the classroom, at home or on the go and toys such as Playfoam and PopCubes also help with hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.. It's also worth noting that the Sensory Fidget Tube and Playfoam Jumbo Pod varieties are randomly selected and may differ from images shown on the Learning Resources website.<p></p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-SOyXhFdYdcg/YEigvz0YMyI/AAAAAAAAFzs/NK1I5KYdg6wZKiHUbNPZOi-lM9XvVtrDwCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Sensory%2BFidget%2BToy%2BKit%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-SOyXhFdYdcg/YEigvz0YMyI/AAAAAAAAFzs/NK1I5KYdg6wZKiHUbNPZOi-lM9XvVtrDwCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Sensory%2BFidget%2BToy%2BKit%2B2.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />This kit retails for £30 which I think is a fair price for everything you receive and Logan really was over the moon with his. He particularly loved the marbled poppers, especially when I told him I had them when I was a child. He also loved the PlayFoam as it doesn't smell and stick to his hands or clothes. He thought it had a really nice feeling to it and enjoyed pulling it apart. He described it as "so satisfying" and it was lovely to see him so calm and engaged playing with the foam. Another favourite was the rainbow coil spring, Logan loves the movement and noise of this so much and he can sit for hours with it. Since he's still at home doing his school work these fidget toys have come in really handy to help him concentrate. He has a computer desk and laptop in his room and he can struggle to sit at it for long. I've noticed with these fidget toys to play with whilst he works he can sit for longer and complete his work quicker. A great set and one which I'd recommend if you're on the look out for sensory fidget toys. <p></p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-kP5ChGiJWKE/YEigvPI-LzI/AAAAAAAAFzk/s1k2NEz9fVsqWbarkQTrPdJq_r8154iggCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Learning%2BAbout%2BFeelings%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-kP5ChGiJWKE/YEigvPI-LzI/AAAAAAAAFzk/s1k2NEz9fVsqWbarkQTrPdJq_r8154iggCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Learning%2BAbout%2BFeelings%2B1.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />Next up is the <a href="https://www.learningresources.co.uk/learn-about-feelings" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Learn About Feelings Activity Set</span></a> which Harlow received. It's aimed at children aged 3-7 years and is designed to help children build important social-emotional skills that teaches them about feelings and emotions in themselves and others with 10 engaging activities. Children can match body postures and facial expressions, learn that emotions can look different on different people, and discuss how situations may cause an individual to feel a certain emotion. Harlow is such an emotional soul herself and can go through her own range of emotions in a day so I feel this is an activity set which will really help her understand and also give her confidence in herself. <br /><br />Included in each set are two question cubes, four plastic character cubes, 12 character cards, 18 situation cards, one poster and Getting Started Guide. The question cubes are used to prompt conversations and encourage discussion about feelings, and the picture cards help children learn to identify feelings in real situations. The blocks are also sized for little hands and stick together for easy, convenient use. They're ideal for the classroom or home learning.<p></p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lme6b4jtQCc/YEigvAas60I/AAAAAAAAFzg/_PgamaM4GA4lM8Vg9iImc7EB3wW2I2uYgCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Learning%2BAbout%2BFeelings%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lme6b4jtQCc/YEigvAas60I/AAAAAAAAFzg/_PgamaM4GA4lM8Vg9iImc7EB3wW2I2uYgCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Learning%2BAbout%2BFeelings%2B2.jpg" width="400" /></a></p><p>There's lots of different activities in the Getting Started Guide to show you how the cubes and cards can be used. There's everything from Exploring Feelings where you match the character cubes together and discuss each feeling, to Feeling Memory game where you can use the character cards and turn over two at a time to try and match the same feeling. Each activity is simple and easy to do and this set retails for £17 which again I think is a fair price. </p><p>Harlow took a while to engage with this set as she does struggle with her feelings quite a lot at times but once she started her confidence grew and she became quite fond of discussing emotions and playing the varies games and activities. I'd definitely recommend if you have an emotional soul at home or ever just introducing your child to emotions so they can identify their own, it's a great tool kit. </p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ias8XM0q1ZA/YEigvAJdakI/AAAAAAAAFzc/o1PjHPseW2ghG4eBeSmODqPhrOTrj8JmQCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Learning%2BAbout%2BFeelings%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ias8XM0q1ZA/YEigvAJdakI/AAAAAAAAFzc/o1PjHPseW2ghG4eBeSmODqPhrOTrj8JmQCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Learning%2BAbout%2BFeelings%2B3.jpg" width="400" /></a></p><p style="text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-size: x-small;">These items have been gifted for the purpose of this review. It's a celebration of British Farmers and their delicious food which has been published by Meze Publishing. Forty fantastic farmers from all over the British Isles share their recipes and stories about what British farming means to them. It honestly sounds delightful and would make an excellent gift for Mother's Day.<br /><br /><b>Say-It Video Card</b><br />A lot of us, sadly, won't be able to see our mums on Mother's Day but that doesn't mean we still can't send them a special surprise. <a href="https://say-it.co/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Say-It video gifts</span></a> provide highly personal and timeless gestures of love and gratitude that mums everywhere will want to hold onto forever. It's such a lovely way to collaborate with siblings, kids and grandkids to bring the warmest emotions to your. The physical video screen greeting card even doubles as a frame so your mum can treasure these priceless moments over and over again. A brilliant personalised present.<br /><br /><b>Ombar Chocolate</b><br />It wouldn't be Mother's Day without a tasty chocolate treat and <a href="https://shop.ombar.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Ombar Chocolate</span></a> have it all going on. They have lots of different sized bars of chocolate to try out as well as a variety of flavours such as hazelnut truffle and pistachio, yum! A fab gift for the chocolate lovers out there. <br /><br /><b>Smart Screen</b><br />A simple gift but very efficient, <a href="https://www.smartscreen.store/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Smart Screen</span></a> is an antibacterial microfibre smartphone cloth which comes in a handy pocket pouch. It gives a crystal clean finish, can be washed in the machine and there's no chemicals needed. My mum is always looking for a cloth to clean her phone or glasses so this would make an excellent present as she'd keep it in her handbag when going out. It's a small gift idea but one that'll come in very handy I bet. I do love a practical gift myself.<br /><br /><b>Talolo Cowboy Wellies</b><br />I absolutely love a good pair of wellies and have been living in mine for months now. They're just so versatile and perfect for so many different uses. Muddy rainy walks, down to the beach, in the snow, camping etc and hopefully when this summer hits and the country starts to open up more we can wear them to festivals! <a href="https://www.taloloboots.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Talolo</span></a> have an amazing range of wellies and they're all shaped like cowboy boots which I think is ace. There's loads of different patterns from leopard print, psychedelic flower prints or plain black if you prefer. They're super comfy to wear and just bring that edge to any outfit. I think they'll look amazing on the school run as we all know when it's time to pick up the kids it rains! They've put a smile on my face anyway and will make a superb present for all the mums out there. </p><p style="text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-size: x-small;">This is a collaborative post. We just seem to grab similar foods (which can be unhealthy) and get fed up with them quite quickly. Fortunately for us Love Corn have sent us a beautiful package full of their delicious crunchy corns snacks to try out. We couldn't wait to get stuck in!</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-38mtTMGWrYc/YC_PU3bg6QI/AAAAAAAAFyk/TjVZxacbgaITJfEGqlTTQ-dJF5FMEKqcQCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Love%2BCorn%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-38mtTMGWrYc/YC_PU3bg6QI/AAAAAAAAFyk/TjVZxacbgaITJfEGqlTTQ-dJF5FMEKqcQCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Love%2BCorn%2B1.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p>So who and what is <a href="https://bit.ly/2M9sjhc" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Love Corn</span></a>? Well they're a fab company selling packages of little crunchy corn kernels full of flavour and made with love. They come in a variety of flavours, such as smoked bbq & sea salt, and are plant based, vegan, gluten free, verified Kosher and Non GMO. As well as perfectly pairing with beer and wine they also make great kids lunch box snacks or even in between meal or after sports snacks. Whole Foods Magazine calls them the “Crunchiest Snack Ever!” and I've been told they even delight the fussiest of eaters.</p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-apXlPWFQPhw/YC_PVb-p5QI/AAAAAAAAFyo/2ZSLRWaNU6w2rdslXJ1kMvUEa7PP-cfYQCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Love%2BCorn%2B4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-apXlPWFQPhw/YC_PVb-p5QI/AAAAAAAAFyo/2ZSLRWaNU6w2rdslXJ1kMvUEa7PP-cfYQCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Love%2BCorn%2B4.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />Love Corn's ingredients are as simple as they get, just corn that’s been roasted then seasoned. How great is that! There are four pack-a-punch flavours in the range; Sea Salt, Salt & Vinegar; Smoked BBQ; Habanero Chilli. All available in a variety of bag sizes: 20g snack pack, 45g portion size and 115g for sharing. They're the perfect snack swap for crisps, pretzels & crackers and make excellent on the go family snacks or even as a topper (on salads, soup or cheese boards)!<p></p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-5R_nR-i1Voo/YC_PU0jR7MI/AAAAAAAAFyc/jqOS2DK0xcIm7lp1HrUR9KuOoWZy5ROPACNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Love%2BCorn%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-5R_nR-i1Voo/YC_PU0jR7MI/AAAAAAAAFyc/jqOS2DK0xcIm7lp1HrUR9KuOoWZy5ROPACNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Love%2BCorn%2B2.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />So what did we think? Well the whole family love them! They're so crunchy and delicious and the flavours are really full on mouth watering. My personal favourite is the salt & vinegar, they are so tasty I just couldn't put them down. I'm happy to report the kids loved them too and since Harlow gets to go back to school next week she's going to be taking the snack sized pack in her lunch box as a healthy snack option. She's been desperate to find a healthy snack she actually likes so we've struck gold here. <p></p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3dAvbThY3Tg/YC_PVS44jxI/AAAAAAAAFys/RdyykhRAPbIPIxEsPctG1J_C1ZUxwKpSgCNcBGAsYHQ/s1080/Love%2BCorn%2B5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1080" data-original-width="1080" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3dAvbThY3Tg/YC_PVS44jxI/AAAAAAAAFys/RdyykhRAPbIPIxEsPctG1J_C1ZUxwKpSgCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Love%2BCorn%2B5.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />If you would really like to try these Love Corn snacks for yourself then you can enjoy a 20% off discount with my code - "CRUNCH20". I'm normally not that big on Valentine's Day but anything goes now and I plan to celebrate all the little occasions where I can. Any excuse for a cheer up is fine by me, so please read on to see some adorable Valentine's gifts with a difference.</div><div><br /></div><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><tbody><tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ursUtiqt_W0/YCaCplozUTI/AAAAAAAAFyM/7v8LPCItbN8fUKOcJX_UFCD0CX4tPt0yQCNcBGAsYHQ/s1624/Valentine%2527s%2BGifts%2Bwith%2Ba%2BDifference2.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1624" data-original-width="967" height="640" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ursUtiqt_W0/YCaCplozUTI/AAAAAAAAFyM/7v8LPCItbN8fUKOcJX_UFCD0CX4tPt0yQCNcBGAsYHQ/w382-h640/Valentine%2527s%2BGifts%2Bwith%2Ba%2BDifference2.png" width="382" /></a></td></tr><tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;"></td></tr></tbody></table><b><br />a whale of a time - I Heart Chocolate Box</b><div>If you're looking for a thoughtful gift from Scotland then <a href="https://awhaleofatime.co.uk/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">a whale of a time</span></a> is perfect for you. They're passionate about the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and create carefully curated gift boxes to showcase the very best this magical region has to offer. Their latest offering for Valentine's Day happens to be this beautiful I Heart Chocolate Box complete with Lucy Wagtail DIY Harris Tweed lavender heart kit and three bars of choccie from Chocolates of Glenshiel; Dark Chocolate & Skye Sea Salt, White Chocolate & Scottish Raspberry and Salted Caramel & Hazelnut. All 70g each. I love that this gift box has a little craft activity in it and at £25 it's a fair priced box of goodies. Highly recommend for all lovers of Scotland. </div><div><br /><div><b>Manly Man Co</b></div></div><div>This is something completely different for all the meat lovers out there - <span>bouquets of beef jerky</span> shaped like flowers! The idea came to founder Greg Murray after a simple conversation with his wife Jacquie, for whom he had recently bought a bouquet of flowers: "Why isn’t there a gift for men that’s equivalent to flowers? Yes, you can buy men flowers, but the practice isn't what you might call commonplace. The couple speculated that a bouquet of beef jerky might be the perfect stand-in. Soon after his wife surprised Greg with the very first iteration of what is now called “Man Bouquets”— sticks and sheets of jerky carved into the shape of flowers and roses that are presented inside a pint glass or beer mug “vase”." I think the idea is utterly brilliant and something I would totally buy for my husband. He's a big fan of beef jerky and biltong type meats so this would be right up his street. Prices vary from as little as $22 and there's a large selection to choose from. Get in quick before they sell out - <a href="https://manlymanco.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">The Manly Man Company</span></a>!</div><div><br /></div><div><b>ROX Jewellery</b><br />A traditional Valentine's gift usually comes in the form of a ring or some nice jewellery and ROX happen to have a massive range to choose from including watches if that's your thing. I have myself purchased quite a few pieces from ROX and their customer service is always first class. ROX is an award-winning <a href="http://www.rox.co.uk" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">British luxury jeweller</span></a> producing some of the UK's most inspiring jewellery and retailing the world's finest luxury watches. They have a lovely Valentine's range at the moment with this beautiful diamond heart shaped necklace just waiting to be snapped up. ROX are fun, hip and definitely on trend. I'd highly recommend them for all your jewellery and watch needs for Valentine's and the future. </div><div><br /></div><div><b>Tactic Games</b><br />If you're like me and have children then why not treat this Valentine's Day as a family friendly day and purchase a new board game for everyone to get involved with? <a href="http://www.tactic.net/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Tactic Games</span></a> have a huge choice and have been in the business of making board games for over 50 years so you really can't go wrong with them. We really like the look of Ninja Rush and I Know Junior to add to our collection and we're really looking forward to our family games night with them. Tactic Games also do adult board games which look just as fun. Head over to their website to check them out for yourselves, they'd make excellent gifts too. </div><div><br /></div><div><b>Life Q30 Headphones</b><br />Headphones are all the rage these days and have become quite a popular present for children and adults alike. I know in our house we all have a set of headphones and probably some extra (as the kids are hash bash) so they'll always be a gift winner in my book. <a href="https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08HMWZBXC?ref=myi_title_dp" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Life Q30 Headphones</span></a> look brilliant but also promise comfort with their soft ear cups and sleek design. You get 40 hours of listening from a fast 5 minute charge which is excellent when you're in a hurry. With everyone working from home and being on zoom calls these days the Life Q30 Headphones would be the perfect gift with it's tailored noise cancelling modes for indoors, outdoors or transport. A great present to give or receive this Valentine's Day. </div><div><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-size: x-small;">This is a collaborative post. Sneak Artz are new to the craft scene and are a great way for kids (and adults) to get creative and express themselves in a unique way - by colouring cute funky mini sneakers! My children have been sent the Sneak Artz Bumper Fun Set Assortment and a couple of the Shoe Box Assortment to try out. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-VnhngVurzVs/YBxIkq1UUNI/AAAAAAAAFxk/l3sJZ3T_FpEDb_dcZ8jb2Jt1jcxi7r3qgCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Sneak%2BArtz6.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-VnhngVurzVs/YBxIkq1UUNI/AAAAAAAAFxk/l3sJZ3T_FpEDb_dcZ8jb2Jt1jcxi7r3qgCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Sneak%2BArtz6.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p>Let's start with the <a href="https://www.smythstoys.com/uk/en-gb/toys/creativity-music-and-partyware/crafts/sneak-artz-bumper-fun-set-assortment/p/196537" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Sneak Artz Bumper Fun Set Assortment</span></a>. Each of these easy craft kits comes with everything you need to create fun works of sneaker art. Inside this box includes; 2 sneakers, 5 charms, 2 stickers sheet, 2 keychains, 5 washable pen, 1 glitter pen, 1 four dots pen, 1 exclusive spray can & 4 stencils. There are 24 different sneakers to collect and personalise so it's a fun surprise to see which you get in each box. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-fjbC5ujHav4/YBxIjw8CzmI/AAAAAAAAFxY/N97Z4drh9mgPLHT8GYlqDmI_9d2Bw0VTACPcBGAYYCw/s640/Sneak%2BArtz1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-fjbC5ujHav4/YBxIjw8CzmI/AAAAAAAAFxY/N97Z4drh9mgPLHT8GYlqDmI_9d2Bw0VTACPcBGAYYCw/w400-h400/Sneak%2BArtz1.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p>The pens themselves are washable so if you want to change your sneaker or if you make a mistake and want to correct it it's easily sorted. Just wash your sneaker under the tap and you're good to go all over again. There's 20 different pens and 100 stickers to collect so there's always something new to look forward to when opening Sneak Artz boxes. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-P1QDP9l-jzc/YBxIj7UjEfI/AAAAAAAAFxs/TMD5bWDDM5QuyB5Y8ALLNeaLgdd5qy-2QCPcBGAYYCw/s640/Sneak%2BArtz2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-P1QDP9l-jzc/YBxIj7UjEfI/AAAAAAAAFxs/TMD5bWDDM5QuyB5Y8ALLNeaLgdd5qy-2QCPcBGAYYCw/w400-h400/Sneak%2BArtz2.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p>So what did we think? Well my kids loved them and it especially kept my daughter busy for ages. She's right into her craft type activities and was thrilled to get stuck into creating her own sneaker masterpiece. The cool mini spray can was easy to assemble and was definitely a big hit. You basically slot in one of the pens and it's like air blowing by using the little pump. Fantastic idea and a great novelty that keeps my daughter going back for more. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-_MJEht6Mj2A/YBxIj46z0PI/AAAAAAAAFxs/MZwE-kGbfQQ41V6LBmUKz-AkLQH0qvZ3ACPcBGAYYCw/s640/Sneak%2BArtz3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-_MJEht6Mj2A/YBxIj46z0PI/AAAAAAAAFxs/MZwE-kGbfQQ41V6LBmUKz-AkLQH0qvZ3ACPcBGAYYCw/w400-h400/Sneak%2BArtz3.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p>The stickers and glitter pen were a massive hit too and she was so excited that the sneakers could be made into a keyring for putting on her school bag (when we go back to school) so she can show her friends. We looked at all the cool different sneakers you could collect and she picked out her favourites that she hoped to receive in the Shoe Box Assortment. We really did have a fun afternoon designing our sneakers. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3V_uSPPJ2Ss/YBxIkUxLQaI/AAAAAAAAFxw/9m0eU5S6jxQbrmdJou-C0gu4UDJ4SgthgCPcBGAYYCw/s640/Sneak%2BArtz4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3V_uSPPJ2Ss/YBxIkUxLQaI/AAAAAAAAFxw/9m0eU5S6jxQbrmdJou-C0gu4UDJ4SgthgCPcBGAYYCw/w400-h400/Sneak%2BArtz4.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p>The Sneak Artz Bumper Fun Set Assortment is priced at £19.99 which is fair since you get so many bits and pieces with it including 2 sneakers to customise. It's a great kit and would make an excellent gift for little ones or even for the crafty adult in your life. It's a really fun activity to do. I particularly like the smaller <a href="https://www.smythstoys.com/uk/en-gb/toys/creativity-music-and-partyware/crafts/sneak-artz-shoe-box-assortment/p/196536" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Sneak Artz Shoe Box Assortment</span></a> which comes with 1 Sneaker, 3 charms, 1 stickers sheet, 1 keychain and 3 washable pens. These are an ideal size (shaped like a tiny shoe box) for taking on trips abroad, camping, glamping, caravans etc as they weigh nothing and would easily fit in a rucksack or suitcase. They're also only £9.99 which is great if it gives you a few hours of peace.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-eDFhzQlxSFE/YBxIktn0lII/AAAAAAAAFxw/wy5C7PxVd_461QCiS6XPV0b8wFPaymjSgCPcBGAYYCw/s640/Sneak%2BArtz5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-eDFhzQlxSFE/YBxIktn0lII/AAAAAAAAFxw/wy5C7PxVd_461QCiS6XPV0b8wFPaymjSgCPcBGAYYCw/w400-h400/Sneak%2BArtz5.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p>Both of these Sneak Artz kits are available to purchase from a wide range of retailers including Smyths Toys Superstores. Who would have ever predicted a 2020 quite like this! Anyway, like I said, it's all about spreading Christmas cheer and there's more ways to do this than by singing loud for all to hear - see what I did there... So read on to see my top picks for bringing the joy of Christmas even to the grumpiest of scrooges.<br /></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-l25KLMvOsb0/X9DmGY7r3xI/AAAAAAAAFvk/illTFRy7a3seWxbfQNqLzS2ZNCC6DAIsACNcBGAsYHQ/s746/Spreading%2BChristmas%2BCheer%2BGift%2BGuide.png" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="746" data-original-width="622" height="640" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-l25KLMvOsb0/X9DmGY7r3xI/AAAAAAAAFvk/illTFRy7a3seWxbfQNqLzS2ZNCC6DAIsACNcBGAsYHQ/w534-h640/Spreading%2BChristmas%2BCheer%2BGift%2BGuide.png" width="534" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><p><b>The Reindeer Feeder<br /></b>Have you ever heard of the Reindeer Feeder before? Nope? Neither have I however he's 100% guaranteed to spread lots of festive cheer this year. So what is a Reindeer Feeder? Well it's a Shrumann who has 2 very important jobs; 1) to give Santa the all clear that everyone is asleep and he can come down the chimney and 2) while Santa delivers the presents he pops up the chimney to feed the reindeer. It's a brilliant idea and one sure to ignite children's imagination. The Shrumann comes in a lovely Reindeer Feeder gift box complete with feeding license, storybook, reusable window sticker and carrot sack. Simply stand you Reindeer Feeder on your mantel piece or windowsill and on Christmas Eve fill the feeding sack with carrots ready for the Shrumann to complete his work. It's such a lovely activity to do and would make excellent gifts for inside Christmas Eve boxes or December boxes. I'm going to put one in our December boxes for the kids to share. Check out their website for more info <span style="color: #2b00fe;"><span><a href="http://www.thereindeerfeeder.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.thereindeerfeeder.com</a></span>.</span></p><p><br /><b>Photography Experience Days With Paul David Smith</b><br />Since spreading Christmas cheer is top propriety this year how about treating your loved one to an amazing photography experience with Paul David Smith. There are some cracking fun experiences to be had from the likes of a Warrior Photography Experience to Mermaid Queen Photoshoot and my absolute favourite - Floating On A Bed Of Dreams Photography Experience! Honestly they all look fantastic and with prices starting from £250 it's a brilliant gift and much cheaper than a PlayStation 5, haha. You can even purchase gift vouchers direct from <a href="https://www.pauldavidsmith.co.uk/photography-experience-days/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">pauldavidsmith.co.uk</span></a> so your loved one can pick the experience they want themselves. There's also photography courses available for that budding photographer in your life. Go check out the Paul David Smith website for more details. <br /><br /><b>The Green Clean Lady</b><br />Why not help spread some Christmas cheer this year by also supporting small businesses? The Green Clean Lady is just one of those and she produces some amazing handmade cruelty free candles, reed diffusers and toilet bombs. <a href="https://thegreencleanlady.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">The Green Clean Lady</span></a> is based in North Berwick with her lovely little family and has been working her butt off to make a great eco friendly cleaning business. So maybe if you don't need any candles you could book her in for a Christmas house clean instead or how about home styling? Or why not just treat yourself and have The Green Clean Lady come and fancy up your home for Christmas!? Haha, only joking. I'm seriously struggling for gift ideas when it comes to the men in my life, whether it be the other half, my Dad or my father-in-law, they all just buy what they want when they need it so gift ideas can be few and far between. He gets really sore hands in winter so always needs a pair of gloves to hand. I love that this business totally caters for men and has some beautiful gifts that really stand out. I love that they come in fab Christmas shaped bottles, from Gingerbread Men and Stars to Christmas Trees. The alcohol flavours sound delicous too. Rhubarb Gin, yes please! Or what about Salted Caramel Cream Liqueur or Turkish Delight Gin? All sound like perfect gifts and there's loads to choose from. Even better is that you can pick some up for as little as £10, bargain!</p><p><b>Carfume</b><br />There's nothing better than a fresh smelling car and I know my other half would totally appreciate this Carfume luxury car air freshener. Not only does it smell amazing but it looks fabulous too. It's so easy to use and it can be topped up every 5-7 days to keep your car smelling great. This would definitely make a great stocking filler gift and you can purchase a gift pack too, not just a single. Check out their <a href="www.carfume.co.uk?utm_source=feature&utm_medium=gift-guide&utm_campaign=the-breastest-news" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">website</span></a> for more info.<br /><br /><b>Plume Candles</b><br />It's not just women who like a nice candle, men do as well and Plume are a local Edinburgh small business who make fantastic smelling candles. Harlow's not too bad as she wants everything and anything however Logan is almost 11 and it's so hard to know what to get for him as he normally isn't that fussed for gifts, never really has been. He loves his gadgets and tech but there's only so much you can buy so that's why I've put together this gift guide on some more unusual things to buy children this Christmas. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ug01SbonBrw/X8Zy_Z3IFMI/AAAAAAAAFu4/LPkehoirU0Etuh3-YyOLo1tzXxg-k68dACNcBGAsYHQ/s808/Unusual%2BGift%2BIdeas%2Bfor%2BKids.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="699" data-original-width="808" height="346" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ug01SbonBrw/X8Zy_Z3IFMI/AAAAAAAAFu4/LPkehoirU0Etuh3-YyOLo1tzXxg-k68dACNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h346/Unusual%2BGift%2BIdeas%2Bfor%2BKids.png" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><p><b>Young Driver</b></p><p>If you’re looking for a Christmas present for a 5 to 17-year old, how about giving the gift of driving? It'll be a unique and exciting experience that'll make memories to last a lifetime. My son would definitely love this and I'd love it to as it's a gift that doesn't take up space in my house haha! If you're child is aged 10 or over they can get behind the wheel of a real car with Young Driver, how amazing is that. If they're aged 5 to 10 then they can drive a specially created two-seater electric car. There's over 70 UK venues so plenty to choose from. I was surprised that there's a few near me just outside of Fife. Prices for a 30-minute lesson for 10 to 17-year olds start from £32.99, and Firefly lessons for 5-10s are £21.99. Gift vouchers are available and can be purchased from <a href="http://www.youngdriver.com"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">www.youngdriver.com</span></a>.<br /><br /><b>Have You Ever Had a Stressor?</b><br />Is a great book written with children's mental health in mind. The book was written by iSpace Wellbeing founder, Paula Talman, a leading expert with 25 years of experience in child development and physical and mental health. Focusing on ‘stressors’ - those things that cause us a ‘big worry’ - the book is designed to help children to open up about what’s worrying them, so that they can identify the cause and understand who and how to ask for help. It's a great little read and a good gift to give this year with all that's been going on. You can find out more info at <a href="https://ispahttps://ispacewellbeing.com/cewellbeing.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">iSpace Wellbeing</span></a>. </p><p><b>Letterbox Lab</b><br /><a href="www.letterboxlab.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Letterbox Lab</span></a> is a children’s subscription box service that brings science to life with collectable lab equipment, gadgets and new discoveries in every box. The boxes come with everything parents and children need to start building their lab and have fun with a range of cool experiments. From building helicopters and catapults to experiments that fizz, change colour and glow in the dark, the boxes are designed to help parents spend quality time with children doing something educational and fun, with minimal fuss. The world needs scientists now more than ever, and their mission is to help inspire the next generation of innovators. Children who gain a love of science from an early age may go on to discover the next medical or scientific breakthrough that could help solve some of the wide-ranging issues affecting our planet. It just takes that one spark to light a passion for learning, and from there, anything is possible. Prices start from £11.25 and I think it's a great gift that keeps on giving. </p><p><b>Tales from the Pitch Books</b><br />My son is a real book worm and loves getting stuck into a good read. I know some children do struggle with their reading but that's where <a href="https://www.ransom.co.uk/books/our-series/tales-from-the-pitch.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">tales from the pitch</span></a> can help. This brand new book series is using the power of football to get even the most reluctant of readers involved. They're easy to read fictional biographies of major football stars which offer something very important to most children - facts about football players and a behind the scenes glimpse into their world. I think books are always a great gift to give so this definitely gets a thumbs up from me. Each book retails for £6.99 and they'd make excellent gifts this Christmas. </p><p style="text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-size: x-small;">This is a collaborative post. The treat trunk is a healthy snack subscription box designed for when you have that moment of calm and can dive into a selection of treats chosen with mums in mind. They're all very nutritious so you don't have to feel guilty about indulging in a few. Each box is literally crammed full and there's a few different options to choose from on the <span style="color: #2b00fe;"><a href="https://treattrunk.co.uk/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">treat trunk website</span></a> </span>so go check it out. </p><p><b>Essench</b><br />Essench are a health and beauty brand who use the power of plants to help you relax and unwind. It promises to provide the best relaxation experience when popped in the bath. Sounds fab to me. These products are vegan friendly, cruelty free and palm oil free which is amazing. Prices start from around £8.00 so go check them out online.</p><p><b>Say It With Champers</b><br />Who doesn't love a little tipple at Christmas and what better way to show you care than with a Mini Personalised Bottle of Prosecco! But that's not all! They come with a mystery Twisty Pet as well. Super exciting. Harlow has been sent two dolls to check out and review. She was so excited when I gave them to her so hears what we thought.</div><div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-aNTbm5j45kw/X6FgKhnWatI/AAAAAAAAFts/VNUoro7kATEG-ffrns0rH0apGtaNgxYpQCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Twisty%2BGirlz1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-aNTbm5j45kw/X6FgKhnWatI/AAAAAAAAFts/VNUoro7kATEG-ffrns0rH0apGtaNgxYpQCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Twisty%2BGirlz1.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div>As I've mentioned these fashionable dolls transform from cute girl into a bracelet you can wear. It's simple and easy to do and the dolls come with full instructions in case you need a little help. Each Twisty Girlz features a different stylish outfit and cool hairstyle and comes with a secret Twisty Pet. It's a great element of surprise to add in and Harlow loved guessing which mystery pet she would receive. The Twisty Pet comes in it's own little pet carrier, simply open up to reveal either a unicorn, elephant, puppy or kitty.</div><div><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-j6VG3qrf_X0/X6FgKpuLAyI/AAAAAAAAFt0/pmB32lDGj5A9yHQO3E5lVcgVEx_l8A0kACNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Twisty%2BGirlz3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-j6VG3qrf_X0/X6FgKpuLAyI/AAAAAAAAFt0/pmB32lDGj5A9yHQO3E5lVcgVEx_l8A0kACNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Twisty%2BGirlz3.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div><br /></div><div>Each box contains 1 Twisty Girlz bracelet, 1 ring (Twisty Pet), 1 lead, 1 instructions sheet and 1 collector's guide. The little lead comes in so handy as it means you can join your Twisty Girlz bracelet and Twisty Pet to create a bracelet/ring combo. With a few simple twists, your Twisty Girlz doll becomes a trendy bracelet and your pet transfers into a super cute blingy ring. There's lots of different ones to collect including rare and super rare dolls.</div><div><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-iCZ1aQ1axEw/X6FgKpYk4tI/AAAAAAAAFtw/zH_hXxkyI7suymZ40cvflriAikr2YZeGwCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Twisty%2BGirlz2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-iCZ1aQ1axEw/X6FgKpYk4tI/AAAAAAAAFtw/zH_hXxkyI7suymZ40cvflriAikr2YZeGwCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Twisty%2BGirlz2.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div><br /></div><div>Harlow loves both of her dolls and mystery pets. She received Glitzy Bitzy, who came with the sweetest little unicorn pet, and Kitty Katt who came with a beautiful cat pet. Both dolls are very vibrant and fun to look at with crazy cool hair, glittery skirts and amazing details. I personally think they're really fun and Harlow has been playing with them loads over the last week, both as dolls and as jewellery. They retail for £9.99 which I think is a fair price since they're a decent size, comes with pets and also have a dual purpose. They'd make great stocking fillers for sure this year or a lovely present to give the kids on birthdays or for doing well in school. </div><div><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2wbhZ1Z-hmc/X6FgLTqqQDI/AAAAAAAAFt4/i5st0xeIPBoMYcj_tE58PXZg_reYvDNgwCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Twisty%2BGirlz4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2wbhZ1Z-hmc/X6FgLTqqQDI/AAAAAAAAFt4/i5st0xeIPBoMYcj_tE58PXZg_reYvDNgwCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Twisty%2BGirlz4.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div><br /></div><div>I found the dolls easy to transform into a bracelet and the pets into a ring. After a few tries it comes naturally and you can change it back and forth without any problems. Harlow found it quite easy too (she's 5) although struggled a little bit with the pets to get them back into pet form however it was easy enough for me to help out if she needed it. I'm sure she'll grasp it better the more practice she has. Overall lovely toys at a decent price and I'm sure Harlow will be asking for more from Santa!</div><div><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NpxRkm_Os2Q/X6FgLTHsvFI/AAAAAAAAFt8/DWKda7pvPP42t58e1g41Hcox-dXeDpaKgCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Twisty%2BGirlz5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NpxRkm_Os2Q/X6FgLTHsvFI/AAAAAAAAFt8/DWKda7pvPP42t58e1g41Hcox-dXeDpaKgCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Twisty%2BGirlz5.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-size: x-small;">Products have been gifted for the purpose of this review. We were invited along to the <a href="https://www.visitsealife.com/loch-lomond/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span style="color: #2b00fe;">Sea Life Loch Lomond Aquarium</span></a> last week to see what their Ascarium event had to offer. We love getting out and about enjoying the Halloween activities and this event runs until Saturday 1st November so still plenty of time to get your tickets booked online. <br /></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-PfK4bFtR_zw/X4sIOP2BUHI/AAAAAAAAFs8/xW10wPtlypArpom5hfikl65vWxdZOb6uQCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Sea%2BLife%2BLoch%2BLomond1.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-PfK4bFtR_zw/X4sIOP2BUHI/AAAAAAAAFs8/xW10wPtlypArpom5hfikl65vWxdZOb6uQCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Sea%2BLife%2BLoch%2BLomond1.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p>First impressions are that the aquarium is pretty easy to find. It's located right beside the Loch Lomond Shores shopping and leisure complex so plenty of parking dotted around plus some food venues if you're peckish. The sea life centre does have it's own little cafe if you want some coffee and cake though plus they have a few sandwiches, ice lollies & ice creams and kiddies lunch boxes.</p><p></p><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><tbody><tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-wE17L_Xpc6A/X4sIOB1igzI/AAAAAAAAFs4/2M8XC8LohY8TdJ-26keUeiff-I8eMQ3RACNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Sea%2BLife%2BLoch%2BLomond2.jpg" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-wE17L_Xpc6A/X4sIOB1igzI/AAAAAAAAFs4/2M8XC8LohY8TdJ-26keUeiff-I8eMQ3RACNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Sea%2BLife%2BLoch%2BLomond2.jpg" width="400" /></a></td></tr><tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;"><br /></td></tr></tbody></table>When we entered the aquarium we were delighted to see tons of cool Halloween decorations had been put on display. This was carried on throughout the rest of the sea life centre and we were really impressed with the effort that had gone into decorating the place. As you enter there's a green screen where you can stop to get your photo taken and then take the ticket to the machines in reception to buy them if you wish. It's a nice opportunity for a family photo instead of just a selfie.<p></p><p style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-7k63WXO20fk/X4sIO9cwz1I/AAAAAAAAFtE/ReDhHNZSs5UO-T40rECyvk1tzojAHaUOACNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Sea%2BLife%2BLoch%2BLomond4.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="320" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-7k63WXO20fk/X4sIO9cwz1I/AAAAAAAAFtE/ReDhHNZSs5UO-T40rECyvk1tzojAHaUOACNcBGAsYHQ/s320/Sea%2BLife%2BLoch%2BLomond4.jpg" /></a></p><p>Reception staff were lovely and very informative letting us know where everything was and explaining to the kids that they could get involved with the Ascarium event with the spooky spell treasure hunt. You get given the treasure hunt sheet and a pencil then search round the aquarium to find the sea witches lost ingredients. These ingredients have a letter on them which you have to put together and unscramble to make a word. When you have the word you can take your spooky spell sheet back to reception where you get to choose a prize. It's a nice touch to keep the kids busy whilst also enjoying all the animals. As well as this the kids chose to have a fact finding sheet too. There's little fact stations placed around the aquarium and you have to find the fact and scratch off the correct answer. You get a little prize from reception for doing this too.</p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-C5iOPb-mZ3o/X4sIPGbi2OI/AAAAAAAAFtI/p57WmKyR-rYpVkKk1vo4wbndmT6jV1oIgCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Sea%2BLife%2BLoch%2BLomond5.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-C5iOPb-mZ3o/X4sIPGbi2OI/AAAAAAAAFtI/p57WmKyR-rYpVkKk1vo4wbndmT6jV1oIgCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Sea%2BLife%2BLoch%2BLomond5.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />Both the kids really enjoyed the spooky spell treasure hunt and the fact finding sheet. It kept them occupied and also learning at the same time. Combined with all the Halloween decorations, the animals and different exhibits it was a brilliant afternoon out. The rock pool experience was even open (with extra hand washing) which meant the kids were kept pretty busy and loving every minute. We took our time going round, reading all the info boards and watching the different sea creatures go about their day. We'll definitely be back.<p></p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-dvwtxSDIV6Y/X4sIOSf7LFI/AAAAAAAAFtA/8Q-nd0yJ6h8l3XJeSnf4AMk34a-UD6MCACNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Sea%2BLife%2BLoch%2BLomond3.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-dvwtxSDIV6Y/X4sIOSf7LFI/AAAAAAAAFtA/8Q-nd0yJ6h8l3XJeSnf4AMk34a-UD6MCACNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Sea%2BLife%2BLoch%2BLomond3.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />When the kids were getting a bit peckish we stopped at the cafe on the top floor for some refreshments and to watch people enjoying themselves on the loch. You get stunning views from the cafe and they have an outdoor viewing platform so definitely give it a visit. There's a cinema room too where you can watch a video about saving the sea and it's wildlife. The kids really enjoyed this. <p></p><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-F0TDu4OOMl8/X4sIPAY59YI/AAAAAAAAFtM/O3SKqukEBGUbGqnyYMcRG5XXCQM9Vu2GwCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Sea%2BLife%2BLoch%2BLomond6.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-F0TDu4OOMl8/X4sIPAY59YI/AAAAAAAAFtM/O3SKqukEBGUbGqnyYMcRG5XXCQM9Vu2GwCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Sea%2BLife%2BLoch%2BLomond6.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />It really was a fun family day out so if you're looking for something to do that's in keeping with the Halloween theme this month then pop along to the Sea Life Loch Lomond Aquarium for spooktastic fun!<div><br /></div><div><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-RbzdMJNe1t8/X4sIPXRNtrI/AAAAAAAAFtQ/MBRIRJ865vQcRI3FaJtNM8eCcTnQU2oYQCNcBGAsYHQ/s640/Sea%2BLife%2BLoch%2BLomond7.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="640" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-RbzdMJNe1t8/X4sIPXRNtrI/AAAAAAAAFtQ/MBRIRJ865vQcRI3FaJtNM8eCcTnQU2oYQCNcBGAsYHQ/w400-h400/Sea%2BLife%2BLoch%2BLomond7.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><p></p><div style="text-align: center;"><i><span style="font-size: x-small;">We were gifted a family ticket in exchange for an honest review.
