Review: Tidy Trays

The lovely people from Dream Big Innovations have sent us their innovative Tidy Tray to test and review. Here is what we thought.

The Tidy Tray is a sanitary high chair cover designed to be used out and about in cafes and restuarants to stop your child coming into contact with harmful bacteria as we all know some places to eat aren't the best at cleaning their high chairs and as children love to smoosh their food into the high chair tray the Tidy Tray is a brilliant design.

First impressions are very good, the packaging is small and eco friendly being made from cardboard so thumbs up for that. The cover itself is a decent size so I could see it fitting over most high chair trays with ease as it's very stretchy and it has a handy little built-in sippy cup holder which is also ideal for folding up the Tidy Tray and stucking it in the sippy cup holder to take home and wash. You'll be pleased to know that the Tidy Tray is machine washable, hurray!! Just bung it in the machine at 40o and bobs your uncle.

The Tidy Tray is BPA Free, Lead Free and Phthalate Free and has been laboratory tested for safety. There are two designs to choose from, Pirates for little boys and Little Balerina for girls. Both designs are very cute and sure to capture your childs interest.

We really like the Tidy Tray and it is very handy when we're out and about with Logan, the only little niggle is that Logan will sometimes pull the Tidy Tray off of the high chair tray is he's feeling naughty which can be a pain but once he's distracted with food it's usually fine.

Purchase your own Tidy Tray from Dream Big Innovations online shop RRP £14.99. You can also purchase from  JoJo Maman Bebe.

Overall a lovely product which can be used again and again and it's a massive bonus that it can be machine washed. Something which all parents will most definitely appreciate.

Logan's rating - 7.5/10
Mummies rating - 8/10
